Performance Characteristics

Our monoblock stopper has the following characteristics:

1.Oxidation resistant glaze layer to prevent the material oxidation effectively.

2.Standard high quality Al-C materials having high corrosion and thermal shock resistance.

3.Standard Al-C head materials have good slag corrosion resistance. 

4.Spinel head materials have exceptional good resistance to slag corrosion.

5.Standard Mg-C head materials have good slag corrosion resistance for processing steel with Ca.

6.High quality Zr-based materials assure good corrosion resistance at the slag line.

Preheating system of stopper and intermediate ladle before anguss

1.Room temperature-900°C and heating-up time:20mins.

2.900-1150°C and heating-up time:20mins；

1150°C ,2.5h holding temperature and then start pouring. 900-1150°
