Performance Characteristics
Our submerged entry nozzle has the following characteristics:
1.Standard Al-C body materials have high corrosion and thermal shack resistances.
2.Reinforced spinel bowl material ensures that the flow control area with stopper and can resist the most severe erosion.
3.Standard anti-blocking material can effectively prevent the adhesion of oxides such as Al2O3 inside the nozzle.
4.Standard argon blowing structure prevents oxide from adhering.
5.High standard zirconium material guarantees the excellent corrosion resistance of the slag line and the corrosion resistance of the fluorine protective slag.
6.The inner layer of carbon-free material guarantees the special requirements of ultra-low carbon steel, silicon steel and clean steel.
